Job Description:

Develop and build software/applications.
Receive functional and content requirements for the software/application. Participate in analyzing and designing detailed assigned features.
Directly develop software/applications based on approved design documents and frameworks, as assigned by the Team Leader/Project Manager (PM).
Perform Unit Testing; receive feedback from QA and other relevant departments to make adjustments and enhancements until the software/application is finalized.
Monitor and inspect the system and related components to detect potential issues, and provide timely solutions to prevent and resolve them. Optimize the system.
Manage the developer teams
Perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to the software.
Integrate and deploy software/applications.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Proficient in Visual Basic 6 (VB6) with at least 01 year in leader role
Experienced in maintaining, refactoring, and developing new features for legacy systems.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English communication for direct collaboration with international clients.
Willing to work onsite at the office.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise software systems.
Previously participated in international projects.
