Lead the design, development, and delivery of backend systems using Rust.
Collaborate closely with the client and internal team to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Mentor and support developers within the team, ensuring high standards of code quality and performance.
Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Oversee task planning, progress tracking, and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Requirement:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Rust.
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, managing or mentoring a development team.
Excellent communication skills in English, especially for client interaction and team coordination.
Strong knowledge of Rust frameworks such as Actix, Rocket, or Tokio.
Experience working with high-performance, scalable systems is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
